WORK AT THE TOP OF THE FOREST MACHINE INDUSTRY

Ponsse Plc is specialised in the sale, production, maintenance and technology of cut-to-length (CTL) forest machines. Our customers’ needs set the course for our continuous development and our goal of being the preferred partner in sustainable forestry. Sustainable development gives us an opportunity for innovation and new operating methods.

Throughout its history, the value-driven family company, established by forest machine entrepreneur Einari Vidgrén in 1970, has only focused on CTL forest machines. Hailing from its birthplace in Vieremä, Finland, the company is one of the world’s leading forest machine manufacturers.

More than 21,000 PONSSE forest machines have been manufactured at the Vieremä factory and delivered to logging sites across the world, listening to customers’ needs. Ponsse Group has 12 subsidiaries and 30 dealers across the world. The company employs more than 2,000 people. In 2024, its turnover amounted to EUR 750.4 million. Our strong culture and the Ponsse spirit are reflected in our work and in the way we treat each other.

To also succeed in the future, we require professionals in various positions in R&D, production, support services, IT and digital services, as well as maintenance. As a global company, we offer international career opportunities.
